Also there is a lot of two faced behind your back stuff that goes on up here. Extremely micromanaged to the point one minute over break somebody is already emailing you. As you can imagine if you are a regular person with regular people issues your PTO time will go quickly and you will never have any time to yourself. ![]() I also didn't agree with the forfeiting of PTO hours just because you are late from lunch or to work because that's not what PTO is for. It got repetitive real fast and unless you're just really strong, and have the patience you will get burnt out pretty quickly. A normal day consisted of manually calling customers and calling customers via predictive dialer. The people are okay, I never really had any problems with management so to speak and the coworkers were nice, but the overall job wasn't for me.
